Delivery

The lead-time for each item is shown on the relevant product page. Deliveries are subject to additional shipping time dependent on the delivery method selected and the destination.

For all in-stock orders placed before 2pm, we will endeavour to process your order the same day. Any in-stock orders placed after 2pm, we will endeavour to process your order the next working day (i.e., if your order is placed after 2pm on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday at 9am, excluding bank holidays).

If you are ordering multiple items consisting of in stock and out of stock pieces, please be advised that your entire order will be delivered once all the pieces are in stock with Gigi Brooks, unless multiple deliveries are requested. We will contact you via email to discuss this on an order-by-order basis.

We do not guarantee any timescale for deliveries arriving in the UK or international destinations, we can only give our best estimate of delivery times and are subject to any delays experienced by our designated shippers and customs procedures.

UK and International White Glove Delivery
If you are ordering large or heavy items of furniture, let Gigi Brooks do the hard work for you. Our White Glove Delivery Services goes the extra mile, meaning you don't have to worry about a thing. Our specialist team of two (or more if required) will hand deliver your pieces to the room of your choice (please refer to our access guidelines) and then assemble them to your specification. What's more they will take away all the packaging and boxes to be recycled, leaving you to simply enjoy your new purchases. Prices for white glove delivery start from £200 + VAT, please contact customerservices@gigibrooks.com for an accurate quotation according to your location and order details.

 

Shipping

If your pieces are shipped to you, in the UK or Internationally, through Gigi Brooks, please note that liability of the goods is passed to the customer when the goods have been signed for at point of delivery. If customer’s own shipping is used, liability passes to the customer upon collection of the goods from either Gigi Brooks’ location itself, or the Gigi Brooks' designated collection point. Gigi Brooks can in no way be held responsible, or liable, for any damages or loss of product once it is collected by the customer's shippers from the designated location.

 

Access Guidelines
When buying new furniture it is important that you have measured your room accurately before you place your order. This is to ensure that the furniture will work within your space, and that it will be successfully delivered to the room of your choice.

Every item of furniture is listed with full measurements (width, height and depth) on the individual product descriptions. If you are unsure, or have any questions regarding a particular item of furniture then please contact us via email at customerservices@gigibrooks.com or call Customer Services on +44 (0)1507 608 251.

Remember to measure your room accurately to ensure the furniture can be delivered successfully to the desired room. Our guidelines are below:

1) Measure the heights and widths of any hallways and door accesses, as well as the entry clearance. Remember that diagonal measurements will be longer and may affect the ability to deliver the furniture to your desired location.

2) Find out the measurements of your furniture. All measurements are listed on the individual product descriptions.

3) The height and lengths of the furniture must be less than the doorframe and door access. The depth of the furniture must be less than the width of access points. In conclusion, the item you are purchasing must measure less than all locations it will pass through to ensure successful delivery.

4) Don’t forget to consider any obstacles such as turning circles (stairwells), hallways, low ceilings, banisters, fixtures, radiators and light fittings. These may affect the accessibility of the furniture. You should consider the entire path from the delivery van to the final destination.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in circumstances where insufficient access is the reason for return. For further information please refer to our online terms and conditions. Careful consideration of all the above will help to ensure disappointment and cancellations fees are not incurred. This is merely a guide and does not guarantee that your furniture purchase will fit your room or be delivered successfully if the access guidelines have not been met.


Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms & Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order, or you require an exchange for an alternative item, please follow these steps

UK Returns & Exchanges
1) Send an email to our Customer Services team at customerservices@gigibrooks.com to let us know that you wish to return or exchange your order. We request that all returns and exchanges are made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2) If the reason for return is due to damage or fault, please provide images of the outer and inner packaging and the corresponding damage to the item.

3) We will send you a prepaid label that will need to be attached to the original package and we will liaise with you on a suitable time for the package to be collected from you. Or alternatively, you can choose to return the item via a courier or postal service of your choice, at your own cost. Please ensure that all goods you wish to return or exchange are in their original packaging, sealed and packaged appropriately and, unless faulty, the goods are in a saleable condition. Please be advised that if an alternative return method is used, the goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Gigi Brooks and quality checked for any shipping damage that may have occurred.

4) If a refund is requested, once the returned item has been received, all undamaged and correctly returned products will be refunded; if the Gigi Brooks return service was used, the refund will be processed less £5.95. If you would like to exchange your order, we will happily process the exchange and ship out the replacement item to you free of charge on our standard delivery service, once we have received £5.95 payment for the return shipping charge.

5) Please note, refunds may take up to 14 working days to process and appear in the account of your original payment method.

International Returns & Exchanges
1) Send an email to our Customer Services team at customerservices@gigibrooks.com to let us know that you wish to return or exchange your order. We request that the notification of returns and exchanges is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2) If the reason for return is due to damage or fault, please provide images of the outer and inner packaging and the corresponding damage to the item.

3) Please ensure that all goods you wish to return or exchange are in their original packaging, sealed appropriately and, unless faulty, the goods are in a saleable condition.

4) The payment of the shipping of the goods is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly advise that a method is used that allows for tracking of the goods. Until the goods are received by Gigi Brooks and quality checked for any shipping damage that may have occurred the goods remain the responsibility of the customer.

5) Please note, refunds may take up to 14 working days to process and appear in the account of your original payment method.
